i think its talking about vanilla vs. kinky sex?? beings are expected to have “normal” sex lives and being kinky is treated as being wrong, immoral, etc. i don’t quite remember the problems some beings have with the phrase rn :o

also people have trouble w/ shades of grey when it comes to privilege imo, they assume every use of the word is intended to be equally the same in weight and form. “but mono-amorous privilege != white privilege how dare you”

okay so that’s a real thing in society, people who practice/enjoy/fantasise about kinky/”weird” sex are definitely often discriminated against because of that in various ways, that’s real
